A question for those who know FAR more than I do and are FAR more up to date on rules regulations restrictions etc.

Is it still possible to build and legally fly a two place ultralight ???

If not, OK - I heard that it simply can no longer be done - but if that is incorrect and it is possible, does anyone have an idea of what steps might be involved or where I could find information regarding the 'process ??

Thanks in Advance for any information provided
