ANY 2-place amphibian under 300kg?

Regulations in my country limit me to an empty weight of 300 kg (about 660 lbs), "not including floats" - although obviously in most designs the floating hull is an integral part of the airframe. Are there any kit-built or (preferably) plans-built two-place amphibian or floatplane designs out there?
Or maybe an older design that could be made lighter using modern composite materials...
