I am laying the horizontal stabilizer and digitizing the ribs of my UL aluminum clone Carbon Dragon. The stabilizer ribs are marked up and appear that there is slight twist from rib 1 to rib 6, which would twist the stabilizer. Were the ribs not marked UP with an arrow, I might think it was just a poor drawing. Does it make sense to have twist (wash-in or wash-out, not sure which it is called) to a horizontal stabilizer?
