I'm just trying to figure out where I wanna do. So I'm looking at all options. My wife has fallen and broken her leg so my earning potential has diminished a bit as we are a team driver truck. Also I don't see me being able to afford flight lessons for GA or LS for about another year or so. Ultralight seemed to be more affordable and would get me flying which I can only assume would make it easier to get a GA or LS ticket. I understand the training is about 10 hours or so. I have talked to a guy who has a Quicksilver 103 compliant for $2500 and with the BRS for $3500. I could afford these prices. Wadda you think? I am getting frustrated doing nothing. Of course I wanna be safe.
