Wing Calculator (area or minimium speed)?

I found this Wing Calc. Is it my understanding that you just need the Planes empty weight, like a 254lb Part103 to figure the Area to make the 24 knot or 27.6mph Stall Speed? Or do you need to add the Pilots Weight, and the Fuel total weights to it also?
