Reciprocal heading

fly scared!

I guess most of us has been told once that to quickly calculate the reciprocal of an heading you can add/subtract 2 from the first digit AND subtract/add 2 from the second.
Unfortunately this doesn't work very well for heading 000, 010, 100, 110, 280, 290.
Actually it's easy to visualize these heading as they are near the cardinal headings.
However, is there a simple "trick" to avoid this problem?
