Does anyone know of small aircraft that have used electrically actuated controls?
I've searched online but I only find fly-by-wire systems, complex force feedback systems and electric trim tabs. I'm interested in something much simpler. Something like a joystick in the cockpit and industrial size/scale servos at the control surfaces.
Cons:
No Force Feedback
Pros:
Requires very little cockpit room to install
Eliminates control linkages, torque tubes, etc.
Anyone care to add other pro/cons?
Thanks
