Hi folks, I'm building a customized Hummel Ultracruiser, and love the look of a 3 blade prop. I also live in BC, Canada, and will need a composite, preferably with stainless of nickel leading egdes, due to our rain patterns here.

I simply want this plane to be dead on what I'm after as it's the first I've built myself (owned a Lazair II as my first plane, been renting Rans S6's and an S7 since, and flying Piper Cherokees when I just want to cruise). Also, I'm hoping to go slightly smaller diameter being a 3 blade and give myself a little more prop clearance on this low to the ground tail dragger.

My engine puts out 40hp peak at 3,900rpm, 25hp at 3,600rpm fast-cruise/climb, and 20hp at steady cruise 3,000rpm and is direct drive. I'm machining and fabricating the hub myself so I can accomodate most mount styles. Any ideas are greatly appreciated, though "just go 2 blade" isn't what I'm after I'll go custom if necessary. :) Cheers!
