Of Kalispell Montana. Small article on page 38-9 of May issue Popular Science. Interesting design. Loop wing does away with the wing tip vortice drag and replaces the tail as well supposedly with backward swept top wing. They say 40 MPG (talking car terms, but that's what people understand, assuming 0 wind speed.) and 5 seat capacity. They say it's going to be low cost.
