Guys dont flame me for this but I have a quick question, I was on this site
http://www.continuo.com/marske/Sales/Wes/whitehurst2.htm showing c section carbon spar with carbon rods imbedded and I was wondering if instead of the rods multiple layers of carbon on the "flange" of the c section could be build up and form a cap? Of course the cap would have to be incorporated into the web but basically is this possible? I am researching alternate ways to build up a large main spar.
