Anyone interested in designing a radial powered airplane with me?

I have an idea in my head, its a cross of the radial rocket and Cory Birds Symmetry. Simply put it would be a composite mid-wing tandem fully aerobatic (at least to yak-52 standards +7 -4) radial powered airplane. Retractable conventional gear, I envision the gear stowing into the fuselage. I have the idea but do not know enough about engineering to design a safe aircraft, nor do I know how to use cad software. My hope is to find someone that does know how to do these things and that has an interest in this type of aircraft. I know its a complex aircraft but this is something I would like to build/fly... I know there is a lot to this, but you gotta start somewhere right?

Thanks in advance.
