I have a idea of building my own plane from a kit in the future someday.
One thing that bothers me is that I cannot do my own maintenance with
a plane that I own. I ran across this on the internet and I wonder if this
means that I can do my own maintenance on my plane that I build from a kit,
is this a good thing? I have worked on my own cars for years so I am experienced
in this area.

The plane I am interested in now is a Zenith Stol plane.

Kit Airplanes for Sport Pilots from Zenith Aircraft Company

Thanks for any Replies.
