Continental O-200 fuel pump fittings

Hi all,

Anyone know where I can find parallel thread to AN-6 male flare adapters for the
mechanical pump on the 0-200?? Pump threads are 1/8-27 NPSF female.
Thousands of these engines around for decades, but the usual stockists don't
seem to have the bits to connect them (unless I'm missing something obvious -
always a possibility!)

There are similar, but bigger, fittings for Lycoming pumps eg:
