So my Falcon XP two seater is going to need an intercomm system so I can talk with the back seater. I am looking to find something prefferrably battery powered and cheep.

I found a intercom system on aircraftspruce for about $97, and a couple headsets that will plug in for about $90 a piece. That puts me at around $300 after tax and shipping.

Is there a cheaper way available? Do they make headsets that operate like walkie talkies I could just buy?

If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to see if I can get something for under $300.
