    I think it would be better to fit a 20W solar panel to each wing or a semi-flexible 50W panel on the wing/fuselage depending on aircraft type & construction method. Less weight, cheaper and charges when parked :)

    The starter motor current is several hundred initially and 90-100A while cranking. That is with compression release. If you remove the compression release, it will be quite a bit more. You also need to spin the engine at least 400rpm to get the Magnetron coil to work
