103 calcs for stall speed allow you use a CLmax of 2.0 if you have 50%+ flaps. At 450 lbs and a CL = 2.0 you need 115 ft2 of wing...

At 27.6 MPH (sea level on std atmosphere) dynamic pressure is 1.95 lb/ft2 so you would need a CL of 2.3 which is a pretty big number!

I'm in the same boat...had a log book from 1975 (when I was 14-15) with 2-33 and 1-26 time. It was hard to pay for those flights mowing...

I was referring the the Klingberg Mk1 crash. I don't know for sure what happened with the Prandtl. I think they just stopped testing...
