Thanks for the comment WW1 flier. I have not been on the forums in a while as I had some health issues. This winter I plan on working on the elevator halves , fin and rudder. The elevators and fin are already built but the glue is soft and not airworthy so I am going to rebuild them. I tried heating up one part on one of the elevators and I could then peel everything apart very easily. So I plan on doing that and sanding the pieces to get all of the glue off and then glue everything back together. The rudder I have to start from scratch but it should be a lot of fun. I will also be getting some more parts welded up so I will post pictures as I get things done.

Just added 2 more pictures of the control column torque tube welding fixture. It takes a little bit to make these fixtures but it will make the welders job much easier and faster. It will also ensure that everything is in correct alignment for proper operation.

Just added another picture of parts that I made. That makes 211 so far I think. Now it;s time to get the stuff welded and work off discrepancies on the fuselage and horizontal while that is being done.

Just added another set of manufactured parts. I think this adds another 28 to the growing list of completed parts. So far I think I am on schedule to get these parts done and start to get them welded by early spring.

      Joe,
Thanks. So far it has been fun and I am sure it will continue. Check back often because every 2 weeks I post new pics of parts that I have finished.
