    Current / Future projects:
Recently acquired a partially built Cygnet all-wood project minus the engine. The wings are done, the fuselage is assembled front to back including the firewall, but misc pieces needed.
    Past Projects:
Semi-retired Aerospace Engineer (BSEE), currently teaching Science to about 20 homeschool kids and building a shop for my homebuilt airplane project.
Most fun engineering assignment: 2nd generation AH-64 Apache gun-sight & Hellfire missile aiming system design. Longest engineering assignment Sidewi

I escaped California in 1999 and sold my interest in a Cessna 150 and Cessna 172. Since moving to New Mexico I have been bumming rides in homebuilts like a Sparrow II, Pietenpol Air Camper. I planned to build a steel tube Pietenpol until this Cygnet came along.
