    Could the ECU be bypassed or reprogrammed so the engine is provided with enough fuel for say 75% power and the pilot places the throttle...

    I wouldn't hesitate to weld a racing engine but an aircraft engine I feel differently. Welding the rocker cover is entirely different...

    Yes. Flame propagation on an engine this size at rpm's we are talking about, I can't imagine a problem. 10mm threads are a common spark...

    ? I can't visualize how to extend the ceramic far enough past the electrodes to prevent cross-firing? Two small RC model plugs screwed...
