Beautiful workmanship! What did you use to cut your steel? Looks like water cut or laser.

Thank you for the comment. I used a hydraulic shear where ever I could and then on some areas I used die grinder and cut off wheel. I then sanded with a die grinder with fine grit to round the edges and any sharp areas to relieve stress concentrations. Luckily I worked at Basler Turbo Conversions at the time so I had access to a lot of equipment to make things easier. This winter I plan on working on the fin, rudder, and elevator halves. I will also get all the parts welded up this winter. I will post more pictures as I make progress.
