I was looking at the Falcon, and some models are two seaters, and used but still in great flying condition they look like they are a good buy. Ultimatly I would love to find a legal ultralight that is a two seater for a good buy, but it seems that all the two seat designs seem to be more in the light sport category.

Two questions I have are;

-Can you have a two seater that is a legal ultralight? (and if so what design are there?)

-What other designs other than the Falcon would be a similar low priced (around $10,000 or less used but in good flying condition) could I get in a two seater?
