I thought that others would find this useful. I have created a chart from which you can estimate how long it will take your T-88 epoxy to cure.
It is based on two statements I found on the System 3 website: At a temperature of 77 degrees F, T-88 will cure in 72 hours. Every increase in temperature of 18 degrees cuts the cure time in half.
From this, I assumed that every drop in temperature of 18 degrees will likewise double the cure time.
I also remember reading somewhere the other day that, even if the epoxy is "cured", it may not reach its maximum strength for a couple of months, so this chart should only be used as a guideline as to when it is OK to remove the clamps and handle the part.
