Building a low wing w/laminated spar. Spar has upper and lower booms consisting of 9x85(mm) laminations, and ply covering. The designer indicates no grain direction? Is the accepted standard grain roughly 90 degrees to wing chord,or roughly parallel to chord?
Thanks for any info..
