I'm looking to start my 109 project. The plans call for aircraft plywood either mahogany or okoume. I was going to look at basswood but it's two soft for leading edge ribs. I've looked at marine grade plywood but the plans specifically call for aircraft grade. I have thought about gluing up three sheets of 1/4 " using vacuum bagging to avoid air pockets and to control thickness. Any help finding a/c 3/4" ply would be greatly appreciated.
