I picked up the free mini max plans and now have that airplane in my airplanes to consider list

Airdrome aeroplanes 3/4 bleriot
Airdrome aeroplanes 3/4 E-III
fisher super koala
Mini max

If i go mini max I'm thinking the 1100R since it says it can use the hirth F-33 which is pretty inexpensive, but how will this airplane fly with only 28HP?
will it be a dog making me wish I'd gone with the 40hp or more? if so then the 1500R will be the one built.

Thanks
