I will need to know this soon (at least I hope it is soon---next month or two, +/- real life:)).

The cockpit area of my J-1T will have 3/32 ply on both the inside and outside, with a layer of extruded polystyrene in between.

I have been thinking about a hard point for the throttle quadrant and other controls. Would the controls be mounted with wood screws, or would bolts all the way through the sides? In fact, would a hard point be needed, or just go through the ply-foam-ply sandwich (in which case they would be bolts.
