Hey all,

The other day while working on on my airplane I was putting together some bulkhead sections on my plane and had to install a good handfull of aircraft nails and discovered something I had not experienced before. I think everyone has driven nails into a wall or boards of some type before and it's a basic operation that has never been a real technical achievement for me.
This last weekend however I experienced something different. I really enjoyed the simple act of driving 50 or 60 little 1/2 inch long aircraft nails into the 3mm ply on the bulkhead buildups on my flea. I did not expect anything special from driving these thin little buggers but I was so focused on the driving that by time I was done I had achieved a feeling of satisfaction that I haven't felt in a long while. Even the 2 that buckled on me could not get me down.

Have any of you found that thing that helps you achieve Zen in the thing that is our affliction?
