A friend gave me some leftover West epoxy when I bought my Fisher from him. Unlabeled bottles, he said to mix 2:1 and that's what he'd written on the bag the bottles were in. I did so, seemed fine, hardened in the expected time, rock solid overnight. Now I learn that West 105/206 should be 5:1, not 2:1... but most reports of incorrect mixing talk about the epoxy never curing, which didn't happen to me. Should I be concerned? Or maybe it's not West at all (he assures me it is, said he usually uses the pumps but had some in the smaller bottles for field repairs) but some other epoxy, in which case I don't want to mix it at 5:1?

I'm only part way through the necessary repairs, I'm thinking maybe I should just go down to West Marine and buy $100 worth of new epoxy but there's still the work I've already done (fortunately not critically stressed joints, and easily inspected).
