Jury Strut failure on tail feathers

Right here in front of my computer
I had a jury strut fail the other day when in flight. My A&P wants me to replace these aluminum struts with 4130 chrome molly. He says he wil sleep better knowing these are used and not aluminum. I thought I would post this here and see what everyone thinks about this.
