What should I do about the subfloor on my FFP-101?

I am rebuilding a Fisher FP-101.

One item I am unsure about is the subfloor under my feet. This false
floor/subfloor/front floor doubler or whatever you want to call it is in fine
shape as far as the condition of the wood but it is sagging in the center. It is
not sagging from rot it seems like it was slightly too wide and bowed down to
relieve the pressure. Foot pressure probably helped it decide to bow down rather
than up.

It has foam under both edges all the way to the firewall but it is empty at the
center right under the stick. It sags in the center but is not weak or rotting
at all. it seems to be glued in place so replacing it with a new piece would be
a big job and I don't think I need to as long as I can give it some extra
support from underneath. Is there any reason I can not glue in a support under
the center behind the stick? I will seal up the gap at the rear end of the floor
once I am sure everything is OK. (But will leave a drain hole JIC. The only
problem I can see with doing this is it might put some pressure on the lower
floor that was never intended. (there are no supports of any kind aside from the
Styrofoam on the outer edges)

I do not have fuselage plans for the 101 and was planning on only getting those
plans for the 202. The 202 plans detail some required reinforcements that Paul
highly recommends which are not included in the 101 plans anyway.

Is the cabin subfloor/doubler the same on the 202 as it is on the 101?

Gary B rebuilding FFP101 to look like a FFP202 so it is my FFP102
