What's stronger for the spar : two thin tubes or 1 thicker tube?

Howdy!

The topic is pretty much self explanatory. I am wondering, for the wing spar would it be better to use a double walled tube of combined thickness of 0.107" or single wall tube of the same diameter but 0.138 thickness. The tubes are 2" and will be used for the wing spar. Please share your opinion.
