Is it possible, or legal, to build a Sonerai II that would satisfy LSA requirements and regs by building it in a "no frills" fashion, building with light-weight in mind through the build, and using a small engine? Is it legal, or can the gross-weight limit of a plane be posted as being lower than the specs show for a plane, to help "legally" satisfy stall speed requirements?

Thanks

Lynn
