I found a supplier for streamline tubing that takes round tubing and cold rolls it to a streamline shape using a series of die rollers. This process voids the material certifications of the metal. So now I'm wondering how the streamline tubing as sold by Aircraft Spruce etc.. is normally made, and does it come with Certs?

Heck, I've got a lathe, it wouldn't take much to chuck up some matching die rollers and mount 3 sets that progressively form the tubing.
