Anybody ever thought about using a plastic Heatshrink method like they do on model planes as a material to cover a plane instead of fabric, they have variety of colors, flame retardant, and UV stable. Easy to fix, high gloss, light and smooth. No paint, no prep, just apply, seal, tack, shrink.
