Trikes are "powered" Delta wings.

In the past, I had the chance to hold a delta wing (no power, no wheels, just two holding bars) in a windy weather. I had the feeling, if I had had fixed the deltawing (or myself) to the ground, by means of a "rope", I could easily become "airborne"

.

Nowadays, I am trying to develop this system (at the age of 66

). Like "a rope attached to a drum on the ground" or "better airfoils with much higher L/D ratios".

I hope there are guys amongst you, who considered this "venture".

I will be happy to know your views.
