Hello,
My name is Chandler Trevino, I am currently stationed at NAS JRB Fort Worth on Active Duty with the United States Navy. I have been in for almost six years now and am expecting to separate in late September of this year. I have always been interested in the aviation field and have dreamt of becoming a private pilot for a long time. The hardest part was trying to afford it while trying to support my newly formed family of my own. I have worked in various positions to include Avionics, Flight Crew, and am currently trying to expand my knowledge as a mechanic. My plan at the moment is to finish up my current contract with the Navy and move back home to Palmer, AK with my family. Once we are all settled in, I will be looking to stay in the aviation field as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, in hopes that I can learn to one day build my dream plane. I would like to one day build the Fisher Celebrity Biplane with the paint scheme of the Boeing Stearman PT-17. I am beyond excited to begin this new chapter of my life and start this new project.
