Hello!
My name is Alex and I'm currently an aerospace engineering student with the goal of one day designing and building my own homebuilt aircraft. I'm about halfway through getting my PPL and I've been building and flying little RC models for many years. While I'm gaining great theoretical knowledge through school I'm looking for somewhere I can learn more practical things and this seems like a good place to start (along with EAA resources and my copies of Bingelis).
Everything in aviation is interesting to me but I'm particularly enamored by the gyroplane. I'm sure I'll learn a lot of things on here and hopefully one day I can contribute just as much!
