Looking for documents on slotted flap leading edge design

Hi,

I’m looking for knowledge on slotted flap airfoil design, especially on flap airfoil’s leading edge design. I think there must be some old reports from NASA on this issue (at least discussing physics on this issue), but I failed to find them.

Does anyone know what are the names or numbers of the relevant documents?
