Need a little advice... The picture below is where I am going to build a runway and hanger this winter. The fenced in area is 15 acres. I am going to buy a Kolb Firestar or a Hawk and will fly in and out of here. The red line is 950' but will have to go over the pasture road. It is only about 650' to the road. No big obstacles to the south, but a old power line is 250' to the north.
The ground is slopes down to the south and west slightly. The grass is Bermuda. Prevailing winds are southern.

I plan on taking a box blade and removing humps, etc... Any advice would be greatly.
