Two identical aircraft are flying along at the same altitude with the same weight and CG location. One is producing 180 HP at cruise and one is producing 220 HP at cruise. The 180 HP aircraft is indicating 200 MPH. Assuming each aircraft has a prop that is optimized for its HP situation, is it possible to apply a simple formula to predict the higher HP aircraft's indicated airspeed?

Thanks in advance.
