whats the highest altitude you guys have ever taken your sonerai? a guy at my local airport has a sonerai 1 he took up to 28,000 feet! I was surprised that was possible or safe with the sonerai, he had an o2 system and all that good stuff.
 
Sorry to necropost; came across this thread following web searches re. highest alt.s achieved by light aircraft.

The same searches took me to @Robin Austin 's website where he describes taking his VH-SGS up to FL240.

I too would be interested to hear if anyone else has seen how close they can get to tickling the stratosphere in such a/c!
