Hi All,

I have to repair the aft section of my Cessna 170A. The skin is approximately 25"x35" and has a curved bottom. Unfortunately the two ends of the curve have different radii, one being an 1-3/8" radius, the other having a ca. 5" radius; the bottom curved edge is thus conical. Can anyone advise me on how to form this conical form using simple tools, or advise of a company that can reproduce skins at a reasonable cost?
Please See the parts catalog below for an illustration.
Thank you!
