Have used windsurfing and traditional sails that were laminated with something like Tedlar or Mylar in the past.
I wonder if after getting Dacron tight on wings, why a white Tedlar film could not be bonded over the top of the Dacron.
UV protection, slick finish, no painting, no sanding , easy to clean and so on.
Has any one ever tried this approach?
I am sure other films exist, but you get the idea.
