All of the interest in industrial twins sparked a thought.. is there any examples of pylon mounted engines ( dornier style twins with one tractor and one pusher engine) using two very different engines? Not what I’m intensioning, but to better covey the idea, a “coot” or volmer sportsman with an industrial kholer mounted on the other side of the engine pod. I understand it would be better to have one bigger engine, but there is kinda a transitional area of power requirements that doesn’t currently have a viable powerplant, and a “booster” engine could close the gap…?
