I am working on a tube kit for the Raceair Skylite to be cut by VR3 and wanted to get some feedback on anyone who has welded up one of their kits.
  • Were you able to weld most if not all of the fuselage as a pre assembled 3D structure. Ie it stayed together as set up before tack welding.
  • If so did it require ratchet straps and or tape to hold things together as the structure was assembled?
  • Any pics to see the progression of setup to tack welding?
  • Any other advice or suggestions on how you felt about assembling one of their kits?

Thanks,

Marc
