HomebuiltHELP.com has just released (this weekend) a new DVD devoted to demonstrating the components, tools and procedures used in plumbing the fuel system of a homebuilt aircraft. It is geared for the builder that has traditionally limited himself to rubber fuel line by showing the basics of what fittings and tools are needed to install aluminum tubing. Also, flexible, stainless steel braided Teflon hose is covered, showing how it is assembled and installed. Demonstrations include: cutting, bending, flaring and selecting tubing; sizing of AN fittings and the numbering system used to identify them.
