Is it hard to drill holes in 0.014" unidirectional carbon fiber without cracking it? Is it like glass? I'd hate to tear it up when I need a clean hole. What if I have some thin 7075t6 or 2024t3 epoxied to it already.

Also, if I have a 0.014" thick unidirectional rigid sheet, how do I crack it straight along the grain to get thinner strips, with edges witing 20 of 90 degrees? Perpendicular to the grain is it like plastic?
