I'm going to be flying to remote possibly hostile areas and want a plane that can be taken apart and put on a truck then stowed in a root cellar. Better yet, if it could be reassembled as a car.

My question is: what is the best way to join 7075 aluminum tube for quick removal and storage. I can cast, weld, bore, tap ect. you get the idea. Lightness is only a secondary concern.

You are all very courteous and gifted.
I am privilaged to have your company.
