How hard would it be for an individual airplane designer to comply with the ATSM 2245-09 airplane consensus standards to certify just one Special Light Sport Airplane for commercial use?

It's in the ASTM 2245-09 which costs $53.
I was wondering if anybody has a copy and could list a few of the toughest tests that are required.
