hello all,my question: On a tube and fabric aircraft with poly-fiber fabric,with Imron finish coat and is 18 years old:

and is showing light cracking in the wing walk area only.

is this finish repairable?? (mostly concerned with future airworthiness, appearance is secondary)

thank you for any and all answers ,opinions,advice.
